Rebooting Your IPhone
On rare occasions your IPhone may lock up or require a reboot for an app to run. Rebooting the IPhone will not remove any information or data. To reboot the phone, do the following:

1) Hold the power switch in the upper right corner of the phone until a screen appears asking if you want to power down.

2) Answer the questions and your phone will turn off.

3) Once the phone is off, hold the power button until you see a white apple logo in the center of the screen and then release the button.

Note that it may take several minutes before you phone powers up completely so be patient.
