Email Settings

Please be advised that there are many Email clients, many different operating systems and many versions of those operating systems. It is impossible to provide support for every possible Email client.

The following information is intended to be generic in nature. The information presented is correct and should allow you to set up quickly with Email. If you are having issues with your particular Email client, we suggest you Google the Email client your are using and follow their instructions.

Webmail

Webmail should work in all cases and does not require any configuration. Simply enter your webmail address in the URL bar of your browser and the webmail application will open. In most cases, the URL is http://webmail.YourDomainName.com

POP3 Email Settings

UserName: YourEmail@YourDomainName.com
Password: YourPassword
Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.YourDomainName.com
Incoming Server (POP3) Port: 110
Incoming Server does not require SSL
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.YourDomainName.com
Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication
Outgoing Server (SMTP) Port: 587
Use Encryption: None

IMAP Email Settings

UserName: YourEmail@YourDomainName.com
Password: YourPassword
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): mail.YourDomainName.com
Incoming Server (IMAP) Port: 143
Incoming Server does not require SSL
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.YourDomainName.com
Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication
Outgoing Server (SMTP) Port: 587
Use Encryption: None
